These are the strongest endorsements. Recommendations are lighter notes left after a booking made through the app. On any carer's profile you can see exactly who left each one, and message that parent directly to ask how it really went. Here, trust is not a row of stars. It is people you can reach.

No. We never take a commission on hires or bookings. My Little Village is supported by a small membership, not by taking a cut of your arrangement with a carer. What you agree with your nanny stays entirely between you.
